You have a choice between 2 delivery methods:

- Normal : delivery within 72 hours
- Urgent : delivery within 48 hours

We deliver from Monday to Friday inclusive (excepting public holidays).
Our delivery deadlines take effect from the moment that we receive your order.

To know when you will receive an article, you must take into account the availability
of the article and the delivery deadline. Here is the formula that we use:

(availability of the article) + (delivery time) = TOTAL DELIVERY TIME
